Dock and Door Technician

We are seeking a skilled Dock and Door Technician to join our team at All Lift Service Co. Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance work, and installation of various equipment primarily dock doors and levelers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer equipment and perform service, maintenance, and installation tasks as necessary.
• Efficiently perform scheduled maintenance and follow all scheduled maintenance procedures and policies as dictated by the company.
• Accurately and neatly complete and submit time cards daily in a timely fashion.
• Follow all safety procedures of both Lift Power and the customer when working on a job site, including the use of appropriate PPE, proper waste disposal, and leaving jobsites in orderly condition.
• Follow current company policies.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must have prior dock and door experience and/or be willing to learn and gain knowledge of all facets of loading dock equipment and commercial roll-up doors. Additional requirements include the ability to lift at least 100lbs, a clean driving record, and a valid driver's license that meets All Lift Service Co. insurance company's standards.
