Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure they are providing the highest level of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient charts, including medication administration and treatment plans.
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
- Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care.
