Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Waterford Township, Erie PA. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring timely shipments, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels to achieve optimal case fill rates and minimize excess inventory
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and improve overall efficiency

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in warehousing and distribution management
  • Proven track record of improving inventory accuracy and reducing costs
