Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality obstetric and gynecological services to patients in our bustling North West Indiana community. Key duties include:
- Providing routine check-ups, deliveries, and surgeries with utmost care and precision
- Maintaining accurate medical records and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest medical advancements
- Fostering strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and the broader healthcare community
Salary and Benefits
We offer an attractive compensation package that includes:
- A highly competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines and RVU performance
- An annual sign-on bonus to support relocation expenses
- A comprehensive benefits package featuring health, life, dental, vision, and legal insurance, as well as retirement options through 403(b), 457(b), and 401(a)
- A generous PTO allowance of 27 days, plus additional paid days for CME and other professional development activities

Educational Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for these exciting opportunities, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Board eligibility or certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)
- Valid BE/BC status in the United States
- Demonstrated experience working in a hospital-employed setting, preferably in OBGYN
Estimated Salary Range
$300,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
