About the Opportunity:

Owens Corning is a global building and construction materials leader committed to building a sustainable future through material innovation. We are seeking a Chemistry & Rheology Leader to join our Research and Development organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of scientists and technicians in developing fundamental chemistry and rheology solutions that impact multiple businesses.
  • Develop and execute a capability development roadmap in alignment with the Enterprise R&D Strategy and Business Unit (BU) Long Range Plans (LRPs).
  • Maintain deep collaborations between teams across the S&T organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of R&D experience at manufacturing companies.
  • 5+ year people leadership in R&D.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a technical project portfolio.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
