Role Overview:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will collaborate with physicians, department heads, nursing assistants, and other personnel to deliver comprehensive and continuous individualized care to our residents. Your expertise will guide ancillary nursing staff in accordance with IFCC policies.
Availability Requirements:
- 8-hour shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Holidays
- Night shifts
- Rotating weekends
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Minnesota.
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds; moving, lifting, or transferring patients may require lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
- Experience in geriatrics or working with the elderly is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate starting at $25.79 per hour.
- Differential pay: $1.50 for PM shifts and $3.00 for NOC shifts.
- Overtime pay at 1.5 times the hourly rate after 8 hours/day.
- Holiday pay at 2.5 times the hourly rate.
- $6,000 sign-on bonus.
