A Day in the Life of a Pediatric Nurse

Your day begins by connecting with your care team, reviewing essential information on our electronic health record platform. You then proceed to provide personalized care, tailored to each client's needs, adapting activities to ensure engagement and joy. This may involve preparing meals, administering medications, or facilitating therapy sessions, all while maintaining accurate records and documenting treatment plans.

As part of our dynamic team, you will develop your skills and expertise, participating in ongoing training and mentorship programs. We prioritize your growth and success, offering opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Responsibilities:

- Provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment

- Follow established care plans and protocols

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

- Valid New Jersey LPN/RN License or Multistate License

- Physical examination within three years

- PPD or Chest X-Ray

- Valid BLS CPR card

- Valid driver's license

- Experience working with pediatric patients, particularly those requiring G-tube, trach, vent care
