Dishware Attendant

{"POSITION SUMMARY

The Dishware Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes, pots, and utensils are properly washed and stored. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, and utensils in the dishwashing machine
* Inspect and remove clean items from the dishwashing machine
* Hand wash large food preparation equipment in the three-compartment sink
* Supply dishware to food preparation stations as needed
* Remove soiled dishware and cooking equipment from food preparation stations
* Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Working Conditions:**

* Must be able to work in a hot and humid environment
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time
* Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
* Must be able to sort and organize silverware

**Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2 months of on-the-job training or related experience preferred
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

**Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities:**

* Attend required training sessions offered by the Casino Beach Bar & Grille/Drift
* Perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations
* Have knowledge of ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the employee's department
* Refer to the Policy & Procedures Manuals for guidance
* Report suspicious activity to the appropriate levels of Management
