Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our team at Giant Food. As a Stock Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and organized, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restock and organize shelves throughout the day, ensuring products are facing forward and at eye level.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about our offerings.
  • Support sales floor operations, including setting up displays and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
