Responsibilities:


Preferred Qualifications:


• Advanced degree in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry, chemical engineering, or materials science & engineering.


• Experience with analytical techniques such as electrochemistry, X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Chromatography.


• Proven ability to develop and validate innovative analytical methods.


• Experience managing multiple projects within interdisciplinary teams.


• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.


Important: Experience with materials utilized in semiconductor manufacturing and quality control standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:


• Utilize key analytical techniques including CVS, HPLC, UPLC, GPC, % solids, titrations, potentiostatic measurements, surface tension, cloud point, densitometry, and rheometry.


• Maintain thorough documentation of new methods, method validation, batch data, and change management.


• Assist in the Research and Development of new additives and formulations for electroplating and polymeric/dielectric products in the microelectronics sector.


• Design and conduct experiments, operating equipment and instrumentation for polymerization, electroplating, electrochemistry, chromatography, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and material testing.


• Collect, analyze, and compile data with appropriate documentation.


• Support Quality and Manufacturing teams in root cause analysis and addressing customer inquiries.


• Adhere strictly to enhanced safety protocols and engage in all group safety initiatives.


• Work safely in a research and development laboratory environment, requiring hands-on experience.
