Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive data science analytics initiatives to deliver high-impact, actionable insights
  • Manage and lead data science team to proactively address complex business challenges using machine learning techniques and innovate creative solutions
  • Build scalable demand forecasting models to optimize productivity and labor with the goal of delivering excellent customer experience while balancing operating cost and asset efficiency
  • Design, develop, and implement predictive models and algorithms to support business objectives
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, descriptive analysis, and deep dives, and examine large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, data science, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years with data-science individual contributor role
  • Hands-on experience building ML and predictive models required
  • Demonstrated experience in statistical and/or quantitative analysis, forecasting, predictive analytics, multivariate testing, outlier analysis, and/or optimization algorithms
  • Extensive experience with SQL and Python
  • Experience with BigQuery, GCP, Databrick, and machine learning platforms a plus
  • Experience in hospitality and/or gaming industry a plus
