Job Summary

Pape' Material Handling Inc is seeking a highly motivated Rental Fleet Coordinator to join their growing team in Wenatchee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business, providing outstanding customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests, dispatch transport trucks and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch transport trucks
Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
