Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Windshield Repair Technician to join our team at Save A Shield. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, providing exceptional service to our commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18/hour, with opportunities for raises after 90 days and year-end performance-based raises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel daily routes to existing clients to provide windshield repair services
  • Assess windshields to determine whether repair or replacement is necessary
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Communicate with HQ to stay updated on new developments and promotions
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Dependable vehicle
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently
