About the Job:
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurses provide specialized care to critically ill children. As a PICU nurse, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and support families during this challenging time.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of their condition.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in pediatric critical care nursing or related field.
