Job Overview

Gudenkauf, a Congruex company, is seeking an experienced Aerial Foreman to lead our broadband network construction and engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the placement of telephone poles and anchors
  • Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, posthole diggers, and other handheld tools
  • Perform aerial tasks including new cable installations, pole transfers, strand building, and cable hanging
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met by supervising employees

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in aerial and underground construction
  • Ability to work efficiently from a bucket truck and climb utility poles
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
  • Class A CDL required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
