Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a travel therapist in Boscobel, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings. This is a travel position, and the therapist will be working with a top healthcare client.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
  • Develop and administer treatment plans with specific goals determined according to patients' capacity and tolerance.
  • Provide direct patient care, including physical therapy interventions and education.
  • Document and record patients' conditions and progress.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or proactively in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Other requirements determined by the client facility.
