The Office Coordination Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to an individual, a small team or department. Key responsibilities include coordinating, integrating and implementing assigned administrative or staff functions, entering routine data into standard forms and templates, filing and archiving paper and electronic documents, performing routine administrative work within established procedures, handling basic clerical, administrative, or technical issues under direct supervision, and escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
