Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team in a production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling parts and subassemblies, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute assembly sequence duties consistently meeting productivity and quality expectations
  • Monitor and report on product quality and equipment findings to ensure production and quality standards are met
  • Assemble parts according to work instructions, verbal instructions, drawings, and/or diagrams
  • Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Understanding of basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and measurement
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
