Your future role:

Omega Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our Workplace team as a System Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and further development of our client management solution for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for hardware and software issues as part of our company-wide system and user support (2nd level support).
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to further develop and provision the Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on Intune & Teams.
• Design and implement standardized IT workstations and provide technical support for them.
• Administer various client applications, including license management.
• Contribute to process optimization and participate in internal IT workshops.

About the team:

The Workplace team is part of the IT Service Management department, responsible for the operation of approximately 1200 IT workstations and 300 mobile phones in 32 countries.
