The Role:

  • Provide primary care services in an outpatient setting, including office consults, annual visits, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures.
  • Manage an average of 18-22 patients per day, with 25-minute visit durations.
  • Enjoy flexible shifts with options for full-time, part-time, and 4-day workweeks, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
  • Care for patients from pediatric to geriatric age groups, working collaboratively with an incredible primary care team and staff.
  • Ancillary support includes social work, behavioral health, physical therapy, and pharmacy services.
  • Light to no call requirements, depending on location.
  • Opportunities exist at multiple locations in Tacoma, Seattle, Shoreline, Everett, Kirkland, Stanwood, Bellingham, and more.

Required Qualifications:

  • National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Unrestricted APRN licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Current DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • A minimum of one year of primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
