Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transportation operations during the 2nd shift, overseeing driver management and regulatory compliance.
  • Formulate strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate driver schedules and evaluate performance to maximize resource utilization.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on transportation activities and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with other department leaders to align logistics with overall business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members within the transportation department.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, particularly in driver management and dispatch.

  • Ability to organize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • CDL preferred; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous.
