Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in Dayton, OH. As a family medicine physician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating various diseases and disorders, making appropriate dispositions, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat diseases and disorders, making appropriate dispositions.
- Prescribe, dispense, and administer medications as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of medical history and treatment using the problem-oriented medical record.
Work Environment:
This full-time position offers a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule with one evening shift per week. You will be expected to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.
