Job Title: Registered Nurse Clinic Manager

Job Summary:
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Clinic Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the clinic's operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and VitalCheck Wellness standards.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and other support personnel.
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients and staff, including health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data analysis, process improvement, and patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.

Requirements:
  • Current valid RN license in GA.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Background in casualty/emergency medicine or family practice/urgent care preferred.
  • BLS/ACLS certification.
  • Preventive medicine orientation.
  • Phlebotomy skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.
