- Conduct oral health assessments, taking into account patient medical and dental history.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient needs and promote optimal oral health.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies, participating in ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Current dental hygienist license in Arizona and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
