Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a secure atmosphere for all guests and staff.
  • Assist in the transportation of cash and gaming chips.
  • Regulate access to restricted zones.
  • Respond to incidents involving patrons and employees.
  • Monitor the flow of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards.
  • Handle incoming calls and address inquiries from guests.
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment as necessary, requiring a valid driver's license.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Performance Standards:

Foster positive working relationships with all personnel and demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual is essential.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid gaming license or the ability to obtain one.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role require frequent sitting or standing, walking, and the ability to handle objects and tools. Employees may occasionally work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions. The role may involve lifting up to 50 pounds and requires the ability to navigate through different areas, including those with higher noise levels.
