Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Staff Member to enhance our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals within our professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all food items that are served
  • Plan food production to align with meal serving schedules
  • Memorize, document, and understand menu items, abbreviations, plate presentation, and portion sizes
  • Follow standard recipes and accommodate special dietary requests
  • Safely and efficiently operate standard kitchen equipment
  • Comply with all sanitation and food production regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in culinary roles or related fields (training will be provided if necessary)
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking methods
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with collaborative skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to cook, prepare, and clean independently when needed
