Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Painter to join our team. As a Collision Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicle parts, as well as performing small amounts of body work and repairs.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare vehicle parts for painting, including sanding and priming
  • Spray various primers and paints to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Perform small amounts of body work and repairs, including paint blending
  • Set up and control paint systems to ensure efficient and safe operation
  • Buff vehicles and parts to achieve a high-gloss finish
  • Repair defects or damages to parts or full units, including small amounts of body work and paint blending
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Painter or Collision Repair Specialist
  • Confidence to handle high-volume painting needs
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • General math skills and experience in the automotive industry
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen, and possess a valid driver's license
