Job Summary:

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Attorney to join our team as a Immigration Lawyer. As a key member of our law firm, you will play a critical role in helping immigrants and their families navigate the complexities of immigration law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of clients' cases in federal immigration proceedings and state court criminal cases
• Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their progress
• Provide full-service immigration services, including family immigration, employment immigration, and deportation defense

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in US Immigration law or 2-4 years of experience in family-focused immigration or 3-4 years of trial experience
• Fluent Spanish speaker preferred
• Strong litigation experience and a proven track record of success
