We are seeking a skilled Shuttle Driver to transport guests safely and efficiently within our assigned location. As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and friendly arrival and departure experience for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Transport guests by driving a vehicle holding over 24 passengers (or smaller vehicles as needed) within the assigned location.
- Provide safe shuttling service, exceptional customer service, and a warm and friendly arrival and departure experience.
- Greet customers in a courteous manner and provide customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
- Shuttle guests to and from their cars to various locations on the location campus.
- Communicate with customers and staff who have general inquiries about parking, parking locations, and guest services.
- Use and maintain equipment properly, including keeping equipment clean.
- Work independently and as part of the team, observing safety precautions at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement and maintenance of a driving record sufficient to maintain insurance coverage under the University of South Alabama.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Good work habits and reliability, with regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required.
