Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef and Culinary Lead to join our team at The Patriot Golf Club of Owasso. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating menus, managing inventory, and leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a strong focus on quality and safety, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create menus that meet the needs and preferences of our members and guests.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain logistics to ensure consistent availability of ingredients.
  • Lead and develop a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a luxury golf club or resort setting.Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
