Fitness Instructor

The Exercise Coach - Westerville is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages. About The Role:

• You will be responsible for delivering exercise instruction to clients, creating engaging workout routines that promote physical activity and overall well-being.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and preferences to provide tailored fitness experiences.

Requirements:

• No prior fitness experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.

• You must possess good communication skills, ability to converse professionally, and deliver clear instructions to clients.

• Fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology is essential, as is the capacity to inspire and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g., kinesiology, exercise science, or sports management)

• Experience working with older adults and individuals with various limitations

• Basic nutrition knowledge and proficiency with strength training applications

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
