At PLANTA Restaurants, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by crafting innovative cocktails, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and valued.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, equipment, and supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume cocktail-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, with the ability to speak to this fluently with guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
