Job Title: Private Duty Nurse RN
Job Summary:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to provide high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will work one-on-one with patients, executing physicians' prescribed plans of care and documenting care provided in our system of record.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Patient assessments, coordination of care
- Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Requirements:
- Must have good standing license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification
- Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
