Job Description

The Waters is seeking a dedicated Fitness Coordinator to join our team at Kingsley Shores Senior Living. As a valuable member of our Petals Memory Care Program, you will promote wellness by leading group fitness classes, providing personal training, and assisting residents in improving their overall well-being.

Maintaining a safe and clean fitness/pool area and equipment is also a key responsibility of this role. If you have a passion for enhancing lives through meaningful interactions and a love of seniors, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote wellness by leading group fitness classes and providing personal training
  • Maintain a safe and clean fitness/pool area and equipment

Qualifications:

  • A love of seniors and passion for enhancing lives through meaningful interactions
  • Personal Training and/or Group Exercise Certification or be willing to pursue
  • Experience in working in personal training, group fitness, and/or wellness in a clinical fitness/physical therapy setting
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive rapport with residents, team members, and families
  • Previous experience working with seniors and/or experience in memory care, recreational therapy, education, hospitality, or related areas preferred
