Critical Care Flight Paramedic with Med-Trans Corporation

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Flight Paramedic to join our team at Med-Trans Corporation. As a critical member of our air ambulance service, you will be responsible for providing advanced life support care to patients in need.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our pilots and other medical professionals to ensure safe and efficient transportation of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care to patients
- Complete accurate and thorough patient care records within specified time frames
- Maintain competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills through ongoing education and training
- Assist in daily base checks, including narcotic counts
Requirements:
- Three (3) years' experience in an ALS or critical care setting
- Current EMT-P license/certification in states served by assigned area
- NREMT-P certification in state(s) where required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior flight experience
- Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS
Compensation and Benefits:
Our competitive starting salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year, dependent on experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including company-paid crew housing while on shift, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
