Server Representative

The Brass Tap - KMR is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

• Greeting and Welcoming Guests
  • Extend a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Order Taking and Service
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our menu and beverage knowledge to make recommendations.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality service.
• Beer and Menu Knowledge
  • Develop a strong understanding of our beer selection and menu offerings, enabling you to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Payment and Cash Handling
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
• Safety and Sanitation
  • Adhere to our safety and sanitation procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Age and Availability
  • Must be at least 18 years old, meeting applicable state and local requirements.
• Availability and Flexibility
  • Available to work weekend and holiday shifts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Physical Demands
  • Capable of continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds, meeting the physical demands of the role.
