Titan Placement Group is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and/or family therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and develop strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Addiction and Drug Counselor (LADC) in New Hampshire.
- Experience providing mental health services to diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
