Position Overview:
The role of a Fee for Service Therapist is essential in delivering quality mental health services. This position is designed for professionals who are dedicated to providing therapeutic support to a diverse clientele.
Location: Remote, with a flexible schedule requiring a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
Compensation: Competitive rates: LMSW/LMHC at $40 per hour and LCSW at $50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to adolescents, adults, and families facing various life challenges.
- Utilize Evidence-Based Clinical Practices to support clients in their journey towards improved mental health.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Maintain timely communication with clinical staff and external service providers.
- Complete all required documentation in accordance with agency protocols.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work is required; a Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential is preferred.
- Experience in working with adolescents and families in both individual and group settings.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and computer skills.
- Experience with substance use disorders and/or CASAC certification is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
Expectations:
The Fee for Service Therapist will be expected to attend two group supervision sessions monthly, which will be compensated as part of the service units. Adherence to clinic workflows and protocols is essential for success in this role.
