Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a contract assignment in Lewisburg, West Virginia.

As a travel nurse RN Home Health, you will provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. You will work with a partnering home health agency to deliver exceptional care to patients in Lewisburg, West Virginia.

Contract Details:

  • $2,160 – $2,346 per week*
  • 13-week contract
  • SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
  • Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
  • Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
  • Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits

Requirements:

  • OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
  • Electronic Charting experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
  • Current West Virginia RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License

Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #131192, Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
