This Medical Telemetry Registered Nurse opportunity is a full-time position that offers a convenient schedule and full benefits. As a Registered Nurse in our Med/Tele Unit, you will provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. You will also provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Involves the patient and family in care assessment, taking into account their psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population-specific, and diversity needs.
- Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill, integrating direct and indirect patient care activities related to the diagnosis and co-morbidities.
- Consistently completes hourly rounds with purpose to strengthen nurse communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needs.
