Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Wine Steward to join our team at Water Grill Las Vegas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and provide exceptional wine service to guests, showcasing in-depth knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and pairings.
  • Ensure seamless wine ordering and serving processes, maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing restocking tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, recognizing their preferences and making tailored recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of wine glassware, decanting techniques, and proper pouring procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum age: 21 years old.

Estimated annual salary range: $38,000 - $42,000. Based on location and experience.
