Property Groundskeeper

RHP Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Eastview community in Gillette, Wyoming. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing general grounds and lawn maintenance, as well as basic repairs to homes owned by the community.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure homes and community areas are in good condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, and visitors.
• Identify and address deficiencies in community grounds and facilities.
• Ensure community grounds are well-manicured and maintained.
• Remove and dispose of garbage on community grounds.
• Perform snow removal duties as needed.
• Conduct regular inventories of maintenance and grounds equipment and supplies.
• Maintain order and appearance of garage and storage areas.
• Comply with health and safety regulations to reduce accident occurrences.
• Perform seasonal pre-maintenance services.
• Participate in the refurbishing of Community Owned homes.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on community water and sewer lines.

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid operator's license and good driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
