• Understand and implement ground beef program, grinding, and holding procedures.
• Handle fresh trim and maintain high-quality standards.
• Fully stock and rotate all meat cases to ensure optimal product visibility.
• Develop expertise in quality and grade of all products.
• Ensure accurate and timely signing of products.
