Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, and administering medication under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic life support certification (BLS) required
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
