Position: Senior Client Solutions Partner

Location: New York City

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement Quantiphi's market entry strategy for the designated region in collaboration with technology practices, industry business units, and marketing teams.
Assemble and manage a high-performing team, both locally and in India, to drive market penetration and growth.

Sales & Marketing:
Establish and nurture relationships with the local Google channel team. Take ownership of key strategic partnerships while enabling the team to manage additional relationships.
Engage with end clients to secure new Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and oversee the most critical partnerships, empowering the team to handle the rest.
Generate a robust sales pipeline through relationship building within the Google channel and direct client outreach, including marketing initiatives such as webinars and inside sales efforts.
Lead the sales process from initial discovery through to Statement of Work (SOW) finalization and transition to delivery, maintaining ownership of key deals while supporting the team in their efforts.
Represent Quantiphi at industry events, conferences, and in interactions with media and analysts.

Operational Excellence:
Oversee the sales planning and forecasting process, empowering team members to manage their segments effectively.
Develop and refine operational processes, leveraging best practices from other regions to enhance efficiency and team skillsets.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years in partnership management
- 5+ years in technology or technology sales, with a solid grasp of the technology/software landscape
- Experience in selling Data Management, AI/ML, and/or Cloud Services/Solutions is highly advantageous
- Background in channel sales or business development
- Experience engaging with C-Level clients across various industries
- An MBA or Master's degree is a significant advantage
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work within a global, cross-functional team
- Self-motivated with a strong capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating a passion for developing innovative AI-based solutions for diverse industries.
