About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and maintain project financial projections, determine and allocate project estimates, and manage budgeting decisions.
  • Project Coordination: Provide financials and billings to Accounting, create monthly owner billings, and maintain budget for trade partners and suppliers.
  • Contract Management: Handle billings and contract management, including contract buyouts, and maintain schedule and budget until project completion.
