**Job Summary:**
As a Meat Clerk at Food City, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized meat department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Rotate and stock perishable products to ensure freshness and quality
* Package and wrap various cuts, salads, and other products to meet customer needs
* Learn about different cuts of beef and pork to provide expert knowledge to customers
* Assist in grinding fresh burgers and ensuring the 18 hour grind policy is followed
* Clean the cutting room and cooler area to maintain a safe and healthy environment
