Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in water resources management, planning, and design. The successful candidate will lead projects related to water treatment, wastewater collection, and water system conveyance facilities. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff, preparing grant applications, and working with stakeholders to secure project funding.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage treatment, wastewater collection, and water system conveyance facilities
  • Develop and implement water resources planning and watershed master planning strategies
  • Mentor and train junior staff in environmental and wastewater engineering
  • Prepare grant applications and facility plans
  • Work with stakeholders to secure project funding and manage water, wastewater, and reclaimed water supply
  • Serve as primary contact for clients, contracts, and local government officials
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • 8+ years of design experience with a focus on water resources
  • PE License
  • Experience with hydrologic, hydraulic, and groundwater software
  • Experience working with governmental and private clients in Missouri, Kentucky, and Illinois
  • Proficient in XPSWMM, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, WaterCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
