Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operations of the warehouse, supervising the team, and providing training and coaching to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse, including preparing schedules and monitoring work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
- Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance, demonstrating an understanding of the company quality policy and adhering to the 7S program.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments, implementing continuous improvement action plans to drive business growth.
- Monitor and maintain a clean environment at all times, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to optimize warehouse operations.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (desired).
- 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (desired).
- Bilingual English/Spanish (desired).
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (desired).
- Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (desired).
