Medical Spa Aesthetician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dedicated medical spa team at ChromePMS, Inc. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skin care treatments and aesthetic services to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of care and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Services:
    • Deliver high-quality skin care treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, and other advanced treatments.
    • Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultation to determine the best treatments for clients.
    • Provide pre- and post-treatment advice and recommendations to clients.
    • Ensure clients' comfort and satisfaction during and after treatments.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales:
    • Recommend and promote skin care products to clients based on their individual needs.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, treatments, and industry trends.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the medical spa.
  • Sanitation and Safety:
    • Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized and stored.
    • Adhere to all medical spa policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Professional Development:
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
    • Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of aesthetics and integrate new techniques and knowledge into practice.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other medical spa staff to provide comprehensive client care.
    • Assist with special events, promotions, and marketing activities as required.
    • Communicate effectively with management regarding client feedback and any issues that arise.
    Qualifications:
    • Valid aesthetician license in the state of Georgia.
    • 3+ years experience as an aesthetician in a spa or medical setting.
    • Proficiency in performing a wide range of skin care treatments.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and customer service abilities.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of care.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
